System doesn't recognize my email or password

    I am having the same problem. I log in but it displays the same message: that my "email or password are not recognized." So, I reset my password which then I'm able to log in, but when I log out and try logging in again, it shows me the same message. I've gone through this process various times, and keep the password as similar as I can to the others (because it doesn't allow for the password to be the same as the previous) however it states that the password is not recognized. How do I fix this?

    Hello, I’m struggling with the same issue. It keeps saying ‘ Your mobile number, email or password is not recognized by our system.
    Need Help? ‘ And I already changed my password once, and can’t access to the Cerritos college login.
    Can you please help solve this problem?
