cant log into OpenCCC account

its been more than a year since i took a class at lacc and now it wont let me log back into my account

  Hello Yarline,

  Please try once more to create a new password using the steps below. If this does not work for you, please call our Helpdesk at 877-247-4836.  Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, please follow the steps provided below.

  1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

  2.) Click Sign In.

  3.) Select 'Forgot Password' and enter your last name and date of birth. 

  4.) You will be asked to select a way to receive a verification code based on the contact information listed on your OpenCCC account.

  5.) If an account is not found, or your information is no longer valid, please call our Helpdesk.

   

  Now that your OpenCCC account has been updated, please use the steps below to apply:

  1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org
  2.) From the search bar on the left-hand side of the screen enter the college name you are applying to and click 'Apply'.
  3.) You will be directed to OpenCCC to Sign In or Create Account.
  4.) From here, you will click Start a New Application to apply.

  Once you have submitted an application it can take 1-2 business days for you to receive a student ID and enrollment information from your college. If more than 2 business days have passed and you have not been contacted by your college, please call our Helpdesk to confirm your application was submitted successfully.
