Cannot access account because old email is no longer accessible

I made this account in high school to do dual enrollment at a community college in my hometown. I am now attending school in San Diego and want to take community colleges classes online over the summer, but I cannot access my account because it was made with my high school email which I do not have access to because it was deleted when I graduated.
