Account won't let me login / says cannot find email but I already created an account
When I go to login through the LBCC portal it says my account cannot be found, so I have to make a new account password every single time I try to access it. Also wondering how I will know if my application was accepted since I have not received an email in over a week since I submitted my application?
Also, after I log into the CCC website it is completely blank, is that normal?
Please help, Thank you!!

Typically it takes 1-2 business days to receive your welcome email from the college which will provide you with all of your student information. If you have checked both your inbox and your spam folder and have not received your email, please contact your Admissions Office at LBCC. I also see you contacted the Helpdesk yesterday to confirm your application was successfully submitted which we see that it was. You can reach LBCC at (562) 938-4485.
