I can't access my old email

The last email I used to sign up was from high school and that email has closed. I am also not able to create a new account as my info is link to my old one. Please help.

  i cannot access my old email address & I'm trying to apply for college, but it says I already have an account with my old email address. How do I get access to my CCCapply account?
