Cannot create new profile, password recovery shows me wrong email

Hi,

I am trying to create a profile in order to apply. If i try to create a profile it doesn't go through and keeps having me repeat the final step.

If I try password recovery, entering my DOB and last name, it displays an email address that does not belong to me.
