I can't go through the recovery process because the system doesn't recognize my birthday and password

I am trying to reset my password. I still have access to the email, but for some reason when I go to the forgot password page and enter in my birthday and last name it says the system doesn't recognize me. Please help.

  I see you have already successfully recovered your account and were able to submit your admissions application to Palomar College. Please let me know if you have any other questions or issues that I can help you with.
