Can't Access Email Linked to My CCC Account

I got my email that is linked to receiving information regarding community college acceptances hacked a couple of years ago. I cannot sign up for a new account because my information is already linked to the account I made using that email I don't have access to anymore. I was wondering if there was a way to either have that account deleted so I can make a new one, or have my CCC account updated with a new email address?

  If you no longer have access to the old email that you created your account with, we can help you update your email and recover your account. I've created a helpdesk ticket to assist you so please check your email and contact me directly at my office number for me to help you recover your account.
