Change of Email

would changing my email on my openccc account give the school access to send me emails to that new email address? Or would I need to change it with the school directly? If I can even do that?

  Hello Maria,

  To update your email with your campus we recommend contacting your Admissions and Records department and informing them what email you are currently using or would like to have on file for contact. Updating your email on your OpenCCC/CCCApply account will only update the account information unless you are currently applying/reapplying which means your college will get the new email when that application is submitted.

  In any case if you have access to your OpenCCC/CCCApply currently it is a good idea to have your account up to date so that you are able to access your account in the future.
