Password never recognized when signing into my account

Hello, I'm having trouble signing into my Open CCC account. Every time I try to log in, my password wont work, so I have to create a new one to access my account.

Whenever I try to put in my old password as the "new" password, it says that I can't use an old password, so I know that I hadn't initially put my password in wrong or forgotten it, as the system recognizes my previous one. Because the log in page never recognizes my password, I have to make a new one any time I try to log in, even though the system recognizes the previous one I'd used. Any help would be appreciated.
