Email linked to my openccc account is no longer in use

I don't have access to the account that my openccc account is linked to. Therefore I am unable to apple to mt sac. I created a ticket before and gave as much information through email, but was told there is no record of my account and to try making a new one. So that is what I did but when I try to register a new account it tells me my information is linked to an existing account

  same as Christopher my old email is not in use and i cannot create a new account. my new email is adriantahagreen@gmail.com
