Update on Intermittent Errors When Applying to College
Over the past 24 hours, students and staff have reported errors encountered by students when they create or sign in to their CCC student accounts. We have located the root cause of this issue and put a temporary fix in place. The online student application is now working as expected.
The permanent solution requires a short maintenance downtime targeted for Wednesday or Thursday after business hours (starting at approximately 5 pm).
We will continue to post updates here as we progress closer to deploying the permanent fix for this issue. In the meantime, the CCCApply operations team is closely monitoring the system resources available to ensure that CCCApply is available to students.
