What is "Staff Verification"?

College staff may verify certain students if they cannot complete the electronic DMV verification. Examples include minors, incarcerated students, and individuals without a valid, unexpired California DMV license/document. Staff-verified accounts remain active for 12 months or until the student re-verifies independently.
